COURSE FEES, "DEPOSITS", AND CANCELLATIONS:

50% of course fees are considered a non-refundable "deposit", with the full course fee due at signup as specified on the course description page (with the exception of NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting/CCW classes, which require the full course fee at signup, with $60 included as the non-refundable "deposit").  Deposits will only be applied to a future course within three (3) months of the originally scheduled course date, or the next available course date, for students who have notified us BY EMAIL of the need to cancel no later than seven (7) days before the originally scheduled course date.

​If you cancel your scheduled course  date, it is YOUR responsibility to PROMPTLY reschedule for a  course date BY EMAIL within three (3) months of your originally scheduled course date, or the next available course date.
 

YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT:
1. If you cancel with LESS than seven (7) days notice from the scheduled course time;
2. If you are a NO-SHOW for your scheduled course time;
3. If you properly reschedule a course and then CANCEL or NO-SHOW the second time.

When the scheduled course date begins, class fees are 100% non-refundable.  If a student or instructor candidate does not successfully complete the course for reasons other than safety violations or attitude, they may be invited to attend the next available course date at no additional cost, at our discretion.  No refunds will be given for partial attendance in Instructor Training Courses due to unsuccessful shooting qualification.

EMERGENCY CANCELLATIONS BY INSTRUCTOR:

In the event that we are forced to cancel a course due to extreme weather conditions, Instructor illness, lack of enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstance, we will PROMPTLY notify students and work to reschedule the course date at the earliest opportunity.  Please know that we do everything in our power to hold course dates as scheduled.

E-GIFT CERTIFICATES

E-Gift Certificates are non-refundable, but are transferable.  Valid for all training courses within one (1) year of purchase.
